A Shady Swashbuckler
Remaining nameless throughout his days working as a merchant in the East Commonland tunnels, "A Shady Swashbuckler" is willing to sell to all races of Norrath, for a hefty price. He has thrown away his moral compass in order to make a quick platinum piece and is one of the greediest merchants in all of Norrath. Anyone interested in buying and selling to this bane upon fair commerce should understand they will be buying items for double price and/or selling their items for half price. Evil races unable to sneak have no option but to buy and sell from this merchant, unless they are willing to travel across the Northern Desert of Ro to the gypsy camp in the Oasis of Marr. He is the only source of well-balanced weapons, which are magical and have slightly better stats than fine steel weapons but are outrageously expensive.
