A "greedy" merchant: buys at half the price and sells at double. This merchant can be found in either Crows or just inside the gates, he has the worst prices I've ever seen, despite his claim to the best. Weaver is famous for "stealing" an item you sell to him to recharge: Some items have a clicky effect with a limited number of charges. A trick some players use to "recharge" these items is to sell them to a vendor (along with a fully charged item you sell to the vendor first), who may then list that item for sale in its own inventory, but fully charged because it's in the same data slot as the previous, charged item you sold to it. This only works if the vendor has an extra slot. But Weaver is said to never do this, always just keeping the rechargeable item for himself. The faction for Tubal was wrong. He's all the normal Qeynos factions, despite being such a thief.
