Three spawn locations; Church or Laboratory on 3rd floor and Shackle Room (pictured) on 2nd floor. Large loot table but some drops, such as the Visceral Dagger quest items, are unique to each location. Did 15 cycles in shackle room (11/26/2024) and I got him 5 times. Drops the ancient coin every time. Also dropped 4 dagger hilts and a robe of dalnir.
