Typically spawn North of the Goblin Hunter outpost {{loc|Lake of Ill Omen|5748, -5462}}. Goblins will kill them, so if you don't see any kill the goblins patrolling the area. Occasionally one will static spawn in front of outpost {{loc|Lake of Ill Omen|5494, -5338}}. Watch out for scalebone skeletons and higher level goblins.
