A black behemoth of a warrior the Black Reavers are the elite guard of the lords of the City of Mist. Mind that once you kill one, there is a random chance that another black reaver spawns immediately in its place. Each reaver has the same chance of spawning yet another one, so it is possible for a chain of many reavers to be killed from a single pull. After the fifth or sixth [can be much more than 6, have had double digit reavers before] Lord Rak'Ashiir can spawn (or, for the black reaver in the tower, Neh'Ashiir). No further reavers will spawn after Rak'Ashiir. They hit in the mid-hundreds and are known to be immune to magic-based attacks and all slows. Lures will land on them; otherwise don't expect to land nukes. Rapture and Dictate work on them.
