Sits at the bottom of the ocean at approx 66, 3150. No boat nearby as the related quest leads you to believe. There are about 4-5 sharks on the way to him and pathing back and forth close to him. Will not follow you to the surface, forced to fight underwater. <---- 02/15/2022 I was able to snare him and pull him to the isle. Backstabs. Affects Kerra Isle faction (Not Erud's Crossing cat faction).
