Spawns on the first floor of the Tower of Frozen Shadows. He can spawn immediately upon the death of any mob on the first floor, not just the gnolls. He casts shaman based spells such as Scourge, Envenomed Breath, Tagar's Insects, Affliction, Winter's Roar, dispels, and heals. He will also summon a pet.
