A named iksar for the Shaman Skull Quest No. 2 Iksar shaman quest. To get him to spawn, kill all the Iksar brigands east of Kurn's tower, there are 4-5 spawns between the desert and the grassy area looking east. Beware: the scaled wolf hunter/tracker mobs will see him and kill him very quickly, so you have to keep looking. The rogue shaman in Warslik's Woods spawns just to the east of #4 on the map at (+2759, -3420), hiding behind a tree. His placeholder is an iksar brigand.
