There are 2 versions of the cougars, both versions run fast, even when snared which makes kiting doable, but more challenging. These kitties are solid white, which can make them difficult to see against the snowy backdrop of this barren, frigid badland. One strategy is to bring the cougars down to the water and root/rot/charm/brutalize them there away from potential adds. They are noticeably more resistant to fire-based spells (Immolate in particular) and have a decent social range. Iceclad Ocean: (Tower area and Gnome Pirate camp). They can con dark blue to level 40 (max 1200hp). Dubious to Druids/Rangers. Eastern Wastes: Does not drop Earring. Scowling to Druids/Rangers.
