Casts a weak Damage Shield on itself and nearby mobs. They can have some nasty nukes, the Magic based nuke lands for 500+ and the Fire based nuke lands for 600+. (don't know where the 2475 HP comes from but I nuked for 4466 to kill one 12/20/25)
