This NPC is a source of instant free Iksar Necro faction Brood of Kotiz just say 'I am a great sorcerer'. Even a KOS monk with Sneak can do this to get faction but he still aggros so would need to FD each time. This worked on a human bard, but did not work on an amiable Iksar shaman when tried a couple of days apart. Iksar got high enough into Amiable that alliance spell took him to kindly and prompt worked, so it seems the prompt requires "Kindly" Faction to work.
