Found in the library (room to the left, after passing the Disco behind a hidden passage on the backside of the bottom of the stairs) in Old Sebilis. His room has a total of 4 mobs, 1 beetle in the lava and 2 stationary frogs which can be Boks or Krups. His mace (shown in picture) is sought after by shadowknights. 11/2024 Blue // Even Dispelled twice, Brogg continued to quad. Might require more testing but I am fairly sure he is hitting 4/round not just 2. This may be only when there is a froglok shaman in the room with him, but if that is the case Brogg can hit 500+ DPS when hasted. -Xulia
