Dark Huntress

Highly aggressive and resistant to spells, this rare NPC would randomly spawn at different locations, buff itself, and then quickly despawn unless positioned within aggro range of player characters. The few who were able to slay her reported receiving no loot and some even mentioned witnessing her aggro and kill other NPCs in the zone. See this bug report:
