Highly camped due to quest related items. Exactly 7 Hour respawn with no placeholder. Located in the 'hidden' smuggler area. To reach him you must first swim through the underwater tunnel at (-158, 335) near the Tiger's Roar. Notes: One of the 'A Smuggler' is a drastic under-con. He paths past Dyllin spawn and doubles for 120 dmg. Be prepared to die. Anecdote: After the 'A Smuggler' slaughtered a higher level player who was trying to kill Dyllin, the smuggler then aggro'd Dyllin, killing him quickly -- and of course the corpse vanished. So the smuggler(s) pathing past him need to be kept out of the fight altogether just to be safe. If Hailed: :"Hey!! I don't have any spare change, Okay?!" If asked about [Bayle List] :"I don't have the slightest idea what your talking about. Now get lost before i get irritated. EXCUSE me. I mean MORE irritated!"
