Either the orc pawn PH or Faelin will spawn at pos 1515, pos 555. Respawn timer is 7 minutes with roughly 10% chance that it will be Faelin. Be prepared to spend a few hours here, for some it takes just 1, for others up to 9. Faelin will despawn immediately after turning in the worn note.
