Harkin Duskfoot

He is a Rogue GM part of the evil underground Freeport Tunnels located close to the entrance found below the basement of the Seafarer's Roost behind a fake wall, He is well known for his messenger quest Note for Janam which is simple, quick and especially useful because it rewards all positive faction hits to these evil factions but no negative hits. This can also be done in tandem with the Note for Rebby with little extra effort because the related NPCs are so close to eachother.
