He's also level 51 so he can use pretty useful proc items like {{:Silken Whip of Ensnaring}} or {{:Sword of the Morning}}. However, as a quest NPC anything given to him while charmed is permanently lost. Shouldn't be KoS to anybody. Appears as a zombie model until Nov2000
