Joshel the Large

Joshel the Large is the only NPC located on a lone island in Iceclad Ocean -- the first stop after taking the raft from Northern Ro. The raft will stop in the water between him and the fisherman's hut located in the nearby water. You say, "Hail, Joshel the Large" Josel the Large says, "That's right. Large, cause that's what I be. If'n ya don't like it, or even if ya do, ya best get to the dock on the other side o' this island. Ya never know when Icebreaker is gonna stop by again and ye not wantin' ta miss it."
