Spawned from Maligar during the Bard Epic Quest. Harm Touches initially for approximately 451 damage. Surrounded by 4 lower-level guards. **Serious under-con. His regenerative abilities are incredible. Do not understimate this NPC** Equip your wind instrument, then Charm Maligar with Solon's Bewitching Bravura Now pull him back away from his guards. Turn in the Note to him while charmed to spawn Maligar's Enraged Doppleganger. At this point if you have a better geared higher level class parked there you can use Song of Twilight to mez and hold him while you camp out to your alt, I had no trouble killing him with 60 druid (no harmony required) 2/6/25 7/23/2020 -- Soloed by a 60 Wizard (helping a friend). Atol's Spectral Shackles lands easily. Alternate Sunstrike / Ice Spear of Solist til dead. 2/14/2021 -- Able to spawn with bard, mez with twilight, switch to 60 wizard to kill w/o despawning
