Only the quest-respawned version drops the diary needed for the shaman epic. The Key of Torsis (NO RENT) is for the elevator in CoM. Spawnable out of a Black Reaver in its spawn location. Can have multiple Neh`Ashiir in zone if enough reavers are being killed to spawn them all. Neh`Ahsiir WILL social with itself, so if you spawn multiple copies together, be ready to tank them all.
