Rharzar
Rharzar is a rare spawn in the southern-most section of Rathe Mountains. His PH is "a drake", which spawns north of Zazamoukh's hill and is the only spawn in the area with a 10:00 timer. Upon spawning, the mob will roam around the hill counter-clockwise. Will run at low health. Casts 50+ cleric spells such as Reckoning. May also have an AE stun, but that needs confirmation. Has a high MR, so fear kiting is not a reliable option. Will CH a LOT. KOS and has a wider aggro radius than usual, so keep your distance! Stuns landed, but did not stop it from casting. Save your mana for damage or heals.
