Stanos Herkanor
The man behind the curtain. Stanos heads the powerful smuggling ring which controls Highpass Hold in partnership with the boss of Highkeep, Carson Mccabe. This organization competes with the Circle of Unseen Hands, a human rogue guild based in Qeynos. He is also the father of and rival to Renux Herkanor, and is a central character in the Rogue Epic Quest. Located inside the hidden cave with all the smugglers. Triggered spawn by saying "I need to see Stanos" to Anson McBale. Only 50+ Rogues can spawn Stanos.
