Found deep in the tunnels under the Shaman guild in East Cabilis. Video for the route through the Shaman guild You can also use the water tunnels if you know how to jump up at the right spot. Swim into the tunnels under the docks, when you get to the second opening ( around loc 407, -741 ) look straight up and swim upwards into the wall, you will eventually bounce up onto the ledge (There's no need to hit the jump key). The room he spawns in has a stationary low level Scorpion or Mosquito once you pass through the one-way door. NOTE: If you have your FPS set too high in options (61-100) you cannot bounce onto the ledge. Turn down your FPS in the options to 60 and you should be able to jump out. Vessel is extremely resistant to magic, so much so that many people believe he is immune to magic. Do not expect to land any spells that don't have a very large resist modifier (Lifetaps, Lures, Theft of Thought). Due to his extremely high MR he is unable to be slowed. Flees at 15% hp. He casts a 16 point Damage Shield and other SK buffs on himself, dispel is recommended.
