Spawns from slaying the unique old world spectre with skeleton pet in 6a - the other spectres are placeholders for this one. VhalSera either spawns beside the bridge in the first part of 6b or in the room across the bridge. He can be single pulled away from bats and can be fear kited. He is second only to Tserrina in power and should not be underestimated due to his ability to stun on melee, instant charm, dot, and DD. He is not considered undead. He holds the key to floor 7.
