He gives out the quest for the Jarsath Medallion which is a requirement for the Veeshan's Peak key quest. He lives on an island in the south west part of the zone. Classes that have Egress and Succor can instantly transport their group to this island. Beware of Alrik Farsight, a powerful high elf wizard - dangerous to evil races, who paths nearby at times.
