Often located in the ruins just below the Frontier Mountains ledge, but can also spawn in the tower ruins in the corner (between FM and WW zones). He is on Chardok (Di`Zok) faction, so /consider can be checked with him (instead of traveling to Burning Woods). 14Mar23 - Boots took 16 spawns today to get a pair. Spawns in large and small ruins mostly, but one wanderer as well. Seems higher chance of spawn at ruins but any sarnak likely a PH. Unable to confirm/deny whether 2 were up at the same time as there were 2 parties hunting, one at each ruin. 28Jun24 - over 15 spawns, no boots. stated drop rate of 25% seems highly inaccurate.
