On a single target where all 3 waves hit, 1.875 damage per mana, meaning it is less mana-efficient than Firestrike unless all 4 possible strikes land. *Note: Rain nukes are limited to 4 hits total. Either you can hit the same mobs 3 times, you can hit 2 mobs twice each, or you can hit 4 mobs once each.
