Creates a circle of force, causing between 193 and 216 damage to several creatures in the vicinity of your target. Single target mana efficiency of 1.15 to 1.23. Targeted AoE / Rain Type spell without waves. Hits up to 4 creatures max. This is a recommended quad-kiting spell for Wizards, replacing Column of Lightning and being replaced by Pillar of Frost. Does not affect the caster.
