Klandicar is a one of the few remaining first brood - the first dragons deposited by Veeshan herself upon Norrath. He serves as the sentinel keeping his banished cousin Zlandicar in Dragon Necropolis. Slowable. Rampages. Casts Silver Breath and Dragon Roar.
