Note: Most quests in the Plane of Sky require two items. One of those items will be a wind rune and can be found on any mob as a random drop in the Plane of Sky. The second item you need is from an island boss, they are rare drops. Some quests require a third Efreeti weapon which is also attained from island bosses in the Plane of Sky.
Ally faction is required for all Skyshrine armor quests.

Teleport to Atheling Plague
This quest is given by Tonmerk Plorsin. He's located inside the Temple of Life in North Qeynos at -156, -693.
You may have to do the Drosco the Zombie (good) first to get this. Wolten will give you a scroll to Give To Eestyana Naestra, who is in the Hall of Truth in West Freeport. The reward for this part of the quest is usually a nice item (sometimes a prayer bead necklace).
Geoard BlueHawk is located at -1170, -315 in BlueHawk's in Erudin.
Cipse Tospyr is in the Temple of Divine Light.

Enjoy your Stein! Also, if you are trying to do this multiple times remember that the Stein is Lore so DO NOT have one on you when you turn in the Barkeep Compendium. Many hearts have been broken because people tried to do this quest while already possessing a Stein and seeing they do not receive a 2nd Stein upon quest completion :)

Shazda Asad is located at 398, -281 in Kerra Island. Indifferent faction is sufficient to receive the reward for this quest. You may use charm, or have an enchanter charm Shazda for you (however, the faction hit will be omitted in that case).

Gretta Mottle is located at 196, 298, 3 inside Irontoe's Eats during the hours of 6am to 8pm. During the overnight hours, Gretta despawns from Norrath and is replaced by her assistant, Buggle Palkin.

Patched Gnoll Fur Bundle
Note that one needs to slay a skulking gnoll in the caves of Surefall Glade and return his Gnoll Paw. Paws from other gnolls will not work. And Bren Treeclimber kills this gnoll when she encounters it, so be faster than her.

Minor Items (e.g, Wooden Shield and 8 gold)
This quest covers every town in Norrath, as well as some non-town areas. The reward varies (at whim) between 1gp and 15gp, with values in the middle more usual. With a couple of deliveries, low-level characters could get a few platinum easily. Bards with Selo's Accelerando are really in good shape, as some of these routes can be done in only a few minutes.
