In order to get Lambent armor, you must first obtain some Lambent Stones. Lambent Stones are dropped by Antonican giants (hill, ice, sand).

For the Lambent Fire Opal, give two fire opals and one Lambent Stone to Ostorm.

Upon turning in two Rubies and a Lambent Stone to Vilissia:

Your faction standing with Temple Of Sol Ro got better.
