At +1510, -1395, there are two tents with a fixed spawn of three drolvargs. Keep clearing these drolvargs until a drolvarg scavenger spawns.

Two things to be aware of, #1 The scavenger at this camp doesn't drop the note every time. #2 The wandering scavengers never drop it.
