This quest begins with a High Elf named Joyce in the Temple of Solusek Ro.

To get to her: Once inside the temple, go through the large gate and then through one of the two doors on the side. Somewhere in the series of small rooms, there is a door that will be hidden by another open door, so in each room look around when the doors are closed. (If you come to a bigger room, you've gone too far.) When you find the side door, go through it and follow it up the stairs. You will come to a balcony in the room mentioned above. Facing into the room, go left and you will find Joyce.

You say, 'Hail, Joyce'

Joyce says 'I am Joyce of the Temple of Solusek Ro. I am the guardian of four of the items of the elementalist. If you are a magician, ask me about the [Robe of the Elements], the [clay bracelet], the [earthen boots] or the [Circlet of Mist].'

You say, 'What Circlet of Mist?'

Joyce says 'The Circlet of Mist is a beautiful hoop that would look good atop your head. It produces a fine gleam, and is known to increase your mental power. Are you [interested in the circlet]?'

You say, 'I am interested in the circlet.'

Joyce says 'I will be needing the proper components to craft the circlet of mist. Bring me a Globe of Mist from a festering hag, a Water Ring from a Tidal Lord in Dagnor's Cauldron, a Ring of Evoluoy from an alligator in Cazic Thule, and a Sapphire. Do this, I will craft it for you.'
