His name is Granin O'Gill and he has run to the wastelands of Everfrost seeking safe haven. Find him. Return his head to me. Do so, and earn the ninth circle spell, Spirit o' the Bear. Go at once!'

Granin O'Gill may be found wandering the eastern half of Everfrost Peaks near the giant statue. He hits for a max of 20 and is a spell caster. Kill him and loot the Barbarian Head.
