You must be amiable or better (with which faction?) to get this quest.

She will randomly blurt out the following dialogue:

Daleen Leafsway says 'Oh Dear.. I can't believe I forgot.. He must be [starving]!'

You say, 'Who is starving?'

Daleen Leafsway says 'Deputy Eigon! I forgot! I was supposed to bring him some turnips to eat while he is on patrol! Oh... He asked so nicely, too. I feel bad that I forgot. If only someone would take these [turnips] to the Deputy..'

You say, 'I will take the turnips.'

Daleen Leafsway says 'Oh, thank you so much! You can keep any payment he gives you. Be sure to tell him I'm sorry.'

You receive a Sack of Turnips. Deputy Eigon may be found in the Misty Thicket, -125,-25. Give him the sack.

Deputy Eigon says 'Daleen sent you? She is so sweet. If she wasn't married.. ehem.. Thanks.'
