He sent his apprentice, Ilanic, to test his new spell icecapades but only gave him half the spell. Ilanic wanders Toxxulia Forest. He says when you bring the scroll half back to him he'll give the complete spell. Ilanic is a named skeleton that roams the Southern part of Toxxulia forest.
