Find Nestral TGaza at location -193, -835 in the East Freeport Tunnels , among the Dismal Rage in the southwestern corner of the zone. (Under the Seafarer's Roost in the basement, look behind some crates and boxes for a fake wall that you can walk through. Go down the stairs, open the door. Open the next door in front of you and find her on your left.)
