Gillarian Naelev says 'Poaching is illegal. We here are the Protectors of the Pine, rangers sworn to protect our land and all its inhabitants. This includes the wildlife. We spend a lot of time hunting poachers. If you want to [join the hunt] just let me know.'

Gillarian Naelev says 'Very good, friend. Be on the lookout for poachers in Surefall Glade or Qeynos Hills. Especially in the nearby caves. The poachers are not always human. Oftentimes, we'll find ourselves a Blackburrow gnoll or two. Bring me back their heads. Let us see how they look mounted above the mantle. Be on your way, then!'

# 1 Waterfall Cave (/loc 221,-179): shared spawn point for Poacher and Mammoth (named bear). Poacher drops a regular Poacher's Head for coin and faction rewards.

# 2 Hidden Cave (/loc 144,-415): behind the hidden wall cave entrance, and the shared spawn point for Gnoll Poacher, a poacher, and a bear cub. The Gnoll Poacher drops the Gnoll Head used for the Rough Elm Recurve Bow quest reward. A poacher drops a regular Poacher's Head that just nets you coin and faction rewards.

The spawn timer for either spot is approximately 2.5 minutes, but the mobs in both locations will start to wander around the tunnels shortly after spawning. The will path back to their spawn points if you don't want to go looking for them though. If you blindly sit on either spawn point, you could be waiting anywhere from 7.5 - 30 minutes for the spawns to cycle through.
