Crendatha Fe`Dhar is located at the TOP of the tower after clicking on the SECOND orb which leads you to the 'pyramid room' where all the class quest givers now reside. Crendatha is located on the right side of the room.

Crendatha Fe`Dhar says 'What do we have here? A cutthroat, perhaps? If you are a rogue, I may have use for you. I am in need of certain components and will reward you well if they are brought to me. Do I have your services?'

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.

Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. Ally faction is required for all Skyshrine armor quests.

You say, 'What coif?'

Crendatha Fe`Dhar says 'I am in need of an unadorned chain coif and three crushed pieces of coral. For your services I shall give you a coif suitable for one such as you.'
