2021-09-10 Per Nilbog This quest " is currently written to require amiable or better". As in amiable with Milea which requires freeport faction (knights of truth / steel warriors) It doesnt matter if your faction in Qeynos is almost maxxed. This is slated to be updated.

Astaed Wemor in the Temple of Life asks you to go check on Nerissa Clothspinner who seems down for some reason. You will occasionally see her running around outside the gates. Talk to her and hear her tale of woe.

She will tell you that she misses her warrior sister, and will give you a letter to deliver to her sister somewhere in the Karanas.

You say, 'Hail, Nerissa Clothspinner'

Nerissa Clothspinner says, 'Good day to you! Be careful in the city of Qeynos. [Rumors] of corruption may be true. Believe me, I wish my [sister] were here to help.'

You say, 'sister'

Nerissa Clothspinner says, 'My sister is in the Karanas. She is a warrior. Her name is Milea. I really need her. Would you please deliver a note to her? You look able-bodied enough for the job.'

The sister is located in East Karana in a cave. Deliver the note to her, and she will thank you and give you a Monogrammed Cloth veil to take back to her sister.

She will then be rewarded for talking to you by being attacked by a guard named Guard Elias and killed. Bet that makes you feel good. If you kill the guard and the sister lives, you may get an additional reward. When you give the original sister the veil she will send you with a note to the Temple of Life.
