• Obtain access to Island 4 (Pegasus Island) of Plane of Sky, this requires several keys.

• In the Plane of Sky Efreeti room, give [Dason Goldblade]] 500pp to spawn Inte Akera -- Doing so will spawn Inte Akera in the Windmill on Island 4. Inte is a Deepwater Knight of Prexus and will unleash the Oceanlord's fury upon those deemed 'evil' in their eyes -- including your raid. Inte Akera only stays up for a few minutes which is why you need to have access to Island 4 ahead of time. You can use invisibility to run up to Island 4 after spawning him.

Your final turn-in will consist of SoulFire, Ghoulbane, and Miragul's Robe and Miragul's Head. Note that even though the quest technically begins in Plane of Sky, there is no need to speak with Inte Akera before you have all the items ready to hand in. Also note that Inte Akera is a Deepwater Knight, and you need high faction with Erudite Paladins. It would be wise to have sufficient faction as well before going to Sky.

How to acquire the Head and Robe of Miragul is as follows:

Collect the Torn, burnt book and the Torn, Frost covered book from named dragons (Lord Nagafen, Talendor, and Severilous will drop the burnt book, and Vox, Gorenaire, and Faydedar will drop the frost book)

Rysva To`Biath, a bartender downstairs in the Blind Fish Tavern of Neriak Commons will combine them into the Book of Scale for 1000pp. Simply hand both half books and 1000pp to her.

In the underwater ice caves of northern Everfrost find the Lich of Miragul, whic has a long spawn time, but does spawn on zone creation, so if it's not up you can create a new instance and it should be available in the caves. Turn in Miragul's Phylactery to the lich to spawn the true Miragul (53 necro)! Kill him to get Miragul's Head and Miragul's Robe.

Spawn Inte Akera (Plane of Sky, 4th isle) by giving 500p to Dason Goldblade in the quest cave and returning the book you are handed.

Inte Akera will spawn inside the windmill on isle 4 and despawn after FIVE minutes. He is a Deepwater Knight and will aggro anyone on the entire island who is KoS to erudite paladins. If you have any evils or people kos to erudite paladins for whatever reason, they should stay on 3 until Inte fully despawns.

Due to Inte's 5 minute despawn timer, you should have a friend waiting in the quest room while you run to the windmill. Do not (have your friend) turn in the 500p until you are in the windmill on island 4 and ready for the turn in. You'll also need Warmly or higher Deepwater Knight faction for the turn ins. Confirmed 7/17/23 kindly faction will eat the items.

Confirmed as of 28/12/21 very beginning of warmly with Deepwater Knights is enough faction to turn in with Inte Akera
