Apparently Groflah Steadirt has a thirst for tumpy tonics. If you catch him at the Seafarers Roost in East Freeport and speak to him there he will tell you that he likes Tumpy tonics. He spawns at about 9PM if he is going to show at all, and despawns at 9AM. I have been told that he is more likely to spawn at the bar if you give him the Zimels Blades list when he is at his store.

Groflah Steadirt says, 'Tumpy Tonics are great!! I used to drink them often in a bar in Kaladim. Kind of glad they don't serve it here. I could not stop drinking them and they would always cause me to drain the dragon. I get tired of running to the docks for that reason.'
