Evil characters who have access to invisibility can turn these in with only dubious Heretics faction; simply put up to four molars into the trade window, cast invisibility on yourself and accept. The quest requires you to con at least indifferent; don't try to turn the molars in otherwise, they will get eaten. See Kobold Molars (evil) (and the factions it hurts) for more info.

To obtain the Lambent Star Ruby give one Lambent Stone and two Star Rubies to Genni
