Apparently Groflah Steadirt has a thirst for tumpy tonics. If you catch him at the Seafarers Roost in East Freeport and speak to him there he will tell you that he likes Tumpy tonics. He spawns at about 9PM if he is going to show at all, and despawns at 9AM. I have been told that he is more likely to spawn at the bar if you give him the Zimels Blades list…

This quest is closely related to the Winds of Karana quest. In that quest, the normal route is to kill a hermit, but it's also possible to complete two quests for the hermit instead. In completion of these quests, it's reported that the leader of Unkempt Druids, Jale Phlintoes can be made to spawn.
